Money is a really sensitive topic for a lot of people. If you're born into it, it's nearly impossible to understand the effects of lack of money. It can feel powerless, and even cause a lot of anxiety because it's a staple for life. It's a necessary evil. The protagonist in the story below is a man who's just lost a 15 year friendship over money. The protagonist has a long term friend who's getting married, but his wife is jealous of the protagonist's wife. The one getting married claims that the other woman is flaunting her wealth by wearing jewelry. 

Money becomes a point of contention between everyone, and even though the protagonist says that his wife won't wear jewelry to the wedding, it doesn't make a difference. He makes the decision not to attend if his wife can't join. Who would have thought that a little bit of jewelry would ruin a friendship? Read the full story below.
